Lee co-owned and successfully managed Brisbane ‘magic’ restaurant Houdini’s and Sydney entertainment business Simply Magic Pty Ltd, coordinated and supervised weddings at Brisbane Lyrebird Restaurant, Performing Arts & Cultural Centre, Christchurch New Zealand Town Hall, Perth Western Australia Palace Hotel, event managed and coordinated hospitality for Sydney publishing house, Time Inc. Magazines Pty Ltd., including arranging client hospitality for the 2000 Sydney Olympics before permanently moving to the NSW Newcastle/Lake Macquarie region in 2007.

Lenore K. launched in 2004 with its first major contract project managing and coordinating VIP client hospitality to attend the 2004 Athens Olympics.
